Design/Construction Projects
Oversee fire protection engineers conducting design review, fire protection submittal review, construction in progress inspection, and construction final inspection and acceptance tests for all NIH construction and renovation projects at aforementioned federal installation.

Interpretation of the International National Building Code when used in conjunction with the National Fire Codes
Building Construction
Means of Egress
Fire protection water supply
Fire pump
Auto fire suppression system
Auto fire alarm system
Fire protection for health care facilities and labs using chemicals

Required:
Professional Engineer(P.E.) in Fire Protection Engineering
Min 5 yrs experience in F.P.E./related field
Min 2 yrs experience project/program mngt
Bachelors Degree FPE/related field

Desired:
10 yrs experience fire protection engineering/related field
